HJ431 [Flux 431]: Conforms to GB/T5293-2018 HJ401-H08A (AWS F6A2-EL12). HJ431 is a smelting type high manganese, high silicon and low fluorine flux, with reddish brown to brownish green particles, and particle sizes of 2.5-0.425mm (8-40 mesh), 1.7-0.425mm (12-40 mesh), 1.18-0.425mm (16-40) mesh, etc. It can be used for both AC and DC. When DC welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode. It has good welding process performance, easy slag removal, and beautiful forming.
With H08A, H08MnA, H10MnSi and other welding wires, it can be used to weld low carbon steel and some low alloy steel (such as 16Mn\15MnV, etc.) structures, such as boilers, ships, pressure vessels, etc. It can also be used for electroslag welding and copper welding.
